NOTICE OF THE RACE

1. RULES

The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing 2008-2012.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

The regatta is open to all boats of the Optimist, Cadet, Laser, Finn,     Sailboard,  classes.

3. SCHEDULE

15.07.2011    

 3.1. Day of Arrival - 18th of July.

16.07.2011

 3.2. Registration: from 9.00 to 11.30.

 3.3. Opening Ceremony at 12.00 pm

 3.4. The Start for the race Nr.1 at 13.00.

        The races Nr.2, Nr.3.

 3.5. Water Fest at 18.3O

17.07.2011

 3.6. The start for the race Nr.4 at 11.00.

        The races Nr.5, Nr.6.

 3.7. Closing Ceremony at 15.00.

4. SAILING INSTRUCTIONS

The sailing instructions will be available after 10.00 at 16.07.2011 on the official notice board.

5. THE COURSES

The Racing areas and the Courses will be showed in the Attachment of the SI.

6. PENALTY SYSTEM

Decisions of the Jury will be final as provided in rule 70.4.

7. SCORING

7.1. Three races are required to be completed to constitute a series.

7.2. When more than 4 races will be sailed, a boat"s series score will be the total of its race scores excluding its worst score.

8. PRIZES

The winners of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places of all yacht classes will be awarded medals, prizes; the team-winner will be awarded Challenge Cup.

9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Competitors participate in the regatta entirely on their own risk. See rule 4.

The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during or after regatta.
